If you make an error when you order a printed product (we know.. it happens!), we will remake it and charge you only for shipping of the new one.

Return Policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! You may return any product with which you are not satisfied for a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at customerservice@starrytime.com, or call 1-800-505-5603 in North America, (403) 244-9071 outside North America. For holiday orders, please contact us by January 31st.

Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be advised to return the product to our Canadian business address. If the problem is due to an entry error on your part, you will be charged for shipping of a replacement product.

We will notify you of your refund via email after we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
